User Administration: Manage Web Portal User Profiles

Fast-Weigh Web Portal

You can create multiple kinds of logins to your Web Portal so that different parts of your organization can access the data that they need (and can't access the data they don't).

Navigate to Settings > User Administration  to manage user access to your web portal.

To edit a user account , click the account in the table to highlight it green, then edit the parameters in the space below the table and click Save  when done.

To add a new user,  click the [New]  button at the bottom of the page first.

Create a username for the new account.

Enter the user's email address  and name .

Choose a role for the user.

Add any additional restrictions , and, if applicable, the region(s) they will have access to.

If you leave the password field  blank, an email will be sent to them with instructions on how to set up their own password.

When finished adding new users or editing users, click Save .

Roles for eTicketing

The Truck and Inspector roles were designed specifically for eTicketing operations, using the Fast-Weigh Mobile Management app. With our eTicketing tools, you can meet your local eTicketing requirements by allowing drivers to access tickets from the road on any mobile device, along with the ability for DOT inspectors to access tickets for certain orders. Additionally, if you have Proof of Delivery, inspectors can accept or reject delivered loads, and drivers can mark loads as delivered. Watch this eTicketing training video to learn more:
