Using the Truck Assignment Module

Truck Assignment

This screen allows you to assign  Trucks to CustomersOrders, and Products. Doing so will update the Truck Assignment on the Ticketing App, allowing operators to enter only the Truck ID to create a ticket.






  1. Navigate to  Trucks > Assignment



  1. Click [+ New Assignment ] to create a new truck assignment.
  2. Select the  HaulerTruck, and Region.
  3. Choose an  Order and Product to assign to the truck.
  4. Click  Update.

   

   

The Truck Assignment will be active until the  assignment has been cleared out from the list via the [+ Clear ] button.

NOTE: Truck Assignment can also be done from the scale house with the Desktop Ticketing application.
