Using Load-Out on the Desktop Ticketing Application

You can use the Load-Out module to track how long a truck is in the yard after taring in and before ticketing out. Load-Out data and history can be viewed on the Fast-Weigh Web Portal.


Enabling Load-Out on the Fast-Weigh Application

Before using the Load-Out module, you must enable this feature in the Settings menu on the Fast-Weigh desktop ticketing application.

  • Go to Settings
  • On the General tab, find the "Use Load Out" setting and select "On"
    • You can now choose if you would like the system to ask before marking a Truck as In-Yard or automatically mark it In-Yard

Using Load-Out and In-Yard Tracking

  • To mark a Truck as In-Yard, you will need to assign an Order to the Truck and tare in the Truck. You assign an Order to a Truck from the Web Portal or from the Ticketing Application.
    • You can assign an Order to the Truck and tare it in at the same time from the Assign Order tab in the Truck Menu.
    • If the Truck is already assigned to an Order, you can mark it as In-Yard by going to the Tare tab in the Truck Menu and taring in the Truck.
  • You can view all of the Trucks that are currently In-Yard from the right side of the ticketing screen by selecting Trucks in Yard from the dropdown on the right of the ticketing screen.
    • Selecting any of these In-Yard Trucks will auto-fill their information for ticketing like a Truck with an Assigned Order.
