Scheduled Reporting  allows you to automatically generate and deliver a variety of reports for internal staff, customers, and haulers at intervals you set. Scheduled Reports can be sent to any valid email address, not just portal users.

• To get started, navigate to  Reporting > Scheduled Reports
• Click on the  Add Report  button to create a new Scheduled Report.
  
  

Setting up a new Scheduled Report

If you would like a new  Custom  scheduled report or to transfer existing  Custom  reports, please contact support@tacinsight.com .

• Category and Report : This is where you select the type of report to send out.
  
  
  • Internal  will show reports that are commonly used to track internal operations.
    
    

      

    

  • Customer  will show reports with information useful to your customers.
    
    
    

       

  • Hauler  will show reports that would be useful to send to your haulers.

      
  
  
  

• Scheduled : How often you want the report sent out: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
• Hour : The time you want the report sent out.
• Time Zone : The time zone for the recipient.
• Date Range : The date range that you want the report to reflect.
• Customer/Hauler : This is where you set which Customer or Hauler's information the report shows (these options will only appear if you set the Category to Customer or Hauler).
• Output Format : You can set the report to email as a PDF of Excel file.
• Email Addresses : The email address of the recipient(s) separated by  commas with no spaces .
• Preview : Check this box if you would like to see a preview of a scheduled report before it is sent out.

Once you have created a scheduled report, you can edit or delete it at any time.
