Reprinting Edited Tickets

Any time an edit is made to a ticket, the PDF version of the ticket that is stored in the ticket query will not automatically update with the new information. Since that PDF always remains the original version of the ticket, there may be an instance where you need to save or print out the edited version of the ticket. You can get an updated copy of a ticket by using reporting.

Reprinting Tickets

  • Navigate to Reporting > Reports
  • Select the Tickets category from the drop-down menu.
    • If you need to reprint a multi-product ticket, you will need to run the Ticket Reprint - Multi Product report.
  • Load in the Ticket Reprint report format from the Reports drop-down menu.
  • Once the format is loaded in, set the ticket format that is closest to your default format.
    • Note: Not all formats are available as reprints, only the most common, default formats.
    • Please contact us for any custom reprint reporting requests.
  • Set the remaining reprint parameters to load in the ticket(s) that need to be reprinted.
  • Use the cloud icon on the top of the report to download the new copy of the ticket to send-out or print.

The address that is displayed on the ticket reprint is set up by Location (or uses your Remit address if a Location address is not setup).
