Loader App Setup

Fast-Weigh Loader App

To add the Loader App and Load-Out Module to your Fast-Weigh subscription, contact us at 865-219-2980 or support@tacinsight.com

Our Fast-Weigh Loader app allows you to transmit order/product information and truck capacities over the cloud, ensuring that your loader operator is knowledgeable ahead of time about every truck in the plant. The Load-Out module must also be configured for the Ticketing Application and can be tracked on the Web Portal. 

Setting up the App

Please contact us at 865-219-2980 or support@tacinsight.com for assistance downloading and setting up the Loader App

  • Download the Fast Weigh Loader from the link provided by Support.
    • Note: The Loader app is only available on Android devices
  • After the app has downloaded, it will open to a Settings screen. 
    • Enter your Customer ID and Pin and Device ID and Pin. 
      • This will be the same pins used for the desktop ticketing app for the Loader's location.
      • Contact us at 865-219-2980 or support@tacinsight.com to get your IDs and Pins for setup.
    • Enter the Loader ID used for identification.
  • General Settings
    • Set how often you would like the app to check for new trucks Tared In-Yard.
    • Set the Font Size.
    • Use Extended Truck List will show additional information about the Truck In-Yard on the main screen.
    • Set if you want the Truck to be Removed from Yard when Loaded.
      • Only turn this on if the ticket is being created from the Loader. Do not turn this on if the Truck will still need to go to the scale house after loaded for their ticket.
  • Using BLE 
    • If your company uses remote tags to scan truck in-yard automatically, you can turn on this setting to interface with the scanner.
    • Please contact support if you would like to see about setting up this feature.
