Using the Loader App

Fast-Weigh Loader App

To add the Loader App and Load-Out Module to your Fast-Weigh subscription, contact us at 865-219-2980 or support@tacinsight.com

Our Fast-Weigh Loader app allows you to transmit order/product information and truck capacities over the cloud, ensuring that your loader operator is knowledgeable ahead of time about every truck in the plant. The Load-Out module must also be configured for the Ticketing Application and can be tracked on the Web Portal. 

Using the Loader App

  • The main screen of the Loader App will show a list of the Trucks that are currently in-yard and waiting to be loaded. 
  • When a truck comes to the loader, select the Truck from the Unloaded Trucks tab.
  • Once a Truck is selected, you will see additional details from the Order Assignment for the Order and Product the Truck is hauling on, and the Truck capacity (if it is set).
  • Tap "Load Complete" once the Truck is loaded.
  • Once the Truck is loaded, it can still be viewed from the ALL tab until it has been ticketed.
