Web Portal Modules

Invoicing

• Fast-Weigh features a flexible billing system that integrates with third-party accounting systems. This module allows you to organize groups of tickets into batches for invoicing a customer. Once a batch is defined, the system will automatically generate invoice numbers and group tickets into invoices. 

Hauler Pay

• Hauler Pay works directly with your existing Fast-Weigh records to automatically generate accounts payable statements to independent haulers and trucking companies. Your Hauler Pay records can also be uploaded to your accounting system to reduce data entry and prevent accounting errors.

Inventory

• The Inventory module allows you to track inbound and outbound inventory for your products through ticketing and/or manually setting quantities. You can also track the value of your products, cost to produce, and land royalties with the inventory module. 

Quotes

• Quotes allow you to keep track of prospective and future orders. You can also send out quotes to customers to give them an estimate of pricing and start dates.

Ticket Proof-of-Delivery

• Proof of Delivery allows you to capture a record of material deliveries via the Fast-Weigh Mobile App. POD automatically records location, date/time, and project delivery information that is immediately available to view on the Web Portal.

Load-Out

• You can use the Load-Out module to track how long a truck is in the yard after taring in and before ticketing out.

Analytics

• The Analytics module offers sophisticated visuals and charts to give you deeper insight into your company’s operations.

Report Scheduler

• Scheduled Reporting allows you to automatically generate and deliver a variety of reports for internal staff, customers, and haulers at intervals you set. Scheduled Reports can be sent to any valid email address, not just portal users.

Dispatching

• The dispatching suite integrates fully with your ticketing and hauling data so you can ticket, dispatch, and track trucks, all on a single platform. Keep truckers accountable with live GPS mapping, and manage your hauling operations with a modern web interface you can access from anywhere.

Dispatch Messaging

• Dispatch Messaging allows you to alert your drivers to changes in their dispatches directly through SMS messaging.

REST API 

• We offer a set of REST web services for programmability and easier access to your data. The REST API can integrate with legacy software, financial ERP platforms, accounting systems, and virtually any other cloud or internal data management platform.

Desktop Ticketing Application Modules

Same-Location Device Add-On

• If you need to be able to ticket from one location using two PCs, you can do so through a same-location device add-on. 

Additional Scale Add-On

• The base Desktop Ticketing subscription only allows one scale to be used with the device, but you can add up to 5 additional scales with Scale Add-Ons. 

Image Capture

• If your company uses IP cameras to capture images of trucks as they go over the scale, you can purchase the Image Capture add-on to capture and store truck images with your Fast-Weigh ticket.

Unattended Kiosk Mode

• The Desktop Ticketing Application can be set to run "unattended" with the Unattended Kiosk Mode add-on. This means you can have your trucks enter their information when ticketing, instead of having an operator manage ticketing from a scale house.
